Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this information. We collect page "hit" information that tells us what pages consumers access or visit. This information is completely anonymous and is used solely for internal review and to improve the content of our web site. We collect information such as name, e-mail address, and regular mail address only when the consumer volunteers it. We build listservs (mailing lists) using this information on a completely voluntary, non-obligatory and free basis that enable us to notify consumers of news on our web site.Unless we specifically indicate otherwise, these lists and any other personally identifiable information voluntarily given will be used solely by Baby and Teen Gallery and its employees for internal purposes and will NEVER be published, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties.

Internet Cookies

We use temporary files that may be installed on your computer called cookies. They are only used to keep track of which shopping cart belongs to which customer as you progress through our online store. We NEVER install cookies from a third party company and only use it to track shopping carts.

In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card, Baby and Teen Gallery will cover the liability to your card, up to $50- the maximum amount your bank can hold you liable for unauthorized charges. You must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Special Order Policy

At Baby and Teen Gallery, all of our bedding, bedding accessories and furnishings are specially ordered for you directly from the manufacturer and delivered straight to your door, usually within 8 weeks. We charge your credit card when we place your order with the manufacturer.
If you need to return or cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be waived if the order is canceled prior to being ordered with the manufacturer. For closeout and personalized products, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Wall Border and Fabric orders are non-returnable and may not be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Baby and Teen Gallery can ship orders to all 50 states, excluding FURNITURE. Furniture can only be shipped within the NYC metropolitan area, eastern Pennsylvania and parts of southern NJ. Products are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and usually delivered within 8 weeks. Please read our Special Order Policy for more information.
Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses. Please allow 2 additional weeks for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and 4-6 weeks additional weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada.

Shipping Rates for Gift Certificates

Shipping for gift certificates is free. Purchases paid for with gift certificates will incur shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Rates to APO/FPO addresses

Baby and Teen Gallery ships orders to APO/FPO addresses via United Postal Service (priority mail). When you place and order for delivery to an APO/FPO address, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within 2 business days, only if there is an additional charge to ship to your location. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order.
Oversized items may not be available to all locations. Freight delivery is not available. Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery times vary and are subject to military delivery schedules. Please allow 4-6 additional weeks for delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Rates to Canada

Baby and Teen Gallery is able to ship most items to Canada Via UPS. These shipments will incur a minimum surcharge of $20.00. When you place an order for delivery to Canada, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within 2 business days. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order. The recipient of the order will be responsible for all duty charges and taxes.
Shipping is not available to Mexico or any other international Addresses at this time.

Refusal of Delivery

At Baby and Teen Gallery, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Baby and Teen Gallery and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card. Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Baby and Teen Gallery charges and additional shipping cost for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Baby and Teen Gallery or getting re-routed to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with out free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Missing Packages

When your order is shipped, we notify you via email which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use the tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.
If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Its easy with Baby and Teen Gallery just contact us by email at customerservice@babysupermart.com
If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you.
Orders canceled after they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You may return the order within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee. Please se our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy

Baby and Teen Gallery is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our wide selection of products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days of delivery date and we will gladly replace the items or refund your money.
Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued. Credits will be applied as follows:
1) All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30days of receipt with a valid RMA# will be credited 90% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and coupons, if applicable.
2) Opened, unused merchandise accompanied by original packaging and valid RMA# may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit of 80% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and any coupons, if applicable.

Please Note:
Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
You will be responsible for returned items, unless are damaged or defective.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
All returned items must have a return Authorization Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted for refunds. Fabric and Wallpaper border are non-returnable.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

How To Make a Return

Before you can return items to Baby and Teen Gallery, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.

Customer service rep will require the following information:

1) Order number

2) Product Name and SKU

3) Reason for return

4) Specify whether you want to return for replacement, exchange or refund.

When you receive the RMA# write the number and reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the return package, and send the package to:

Baby and Teen Gallery recommends that you use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the record to appear on your credit card statement.

Baby and Teen Gallery customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive items that are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to you for free, just contact us.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace the items - at no cost to you. Just contact us and provide our rep with the order number, product name and SKU of the items you wish to replace.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Baby and Teen Gallery gift certificates.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the internet. Rest assured that your credit card information is safeguarded with out Safe Shopping Guarantee. Sales Tax Policy

Baby and Teen Gallery is required to collect a 6.% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, including shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax it items are sold and shipped in Pennsylvania.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Baby and Teen Gallery sell gift certificates for any amount.

We will mail your gift certificate, which may include a personalized gift message, to the recipient within 48 hours of your purchase.
